Mr Williams Kusi is CEO and President of Praise Records USA(PRU), the African leader in music-based entertainment.He's the Chief Music Executive who works in senior management and makes executive decisions over the label's artists. His role varies greatly but in essence, He oversees one, or many, aspects of a record label, including A&R, contracts, management, publishing, production, manufacture, marketing/promotion, distribution, copyright, and touring.
Williams has spent his entire career in the music industry and has signed and worked with many worldwide and African stars, including Wizkid, Burnaboy, Davido among many others. Over the span of three decades, he has not only pioneered new approaches to the signing and development of the world’s most successful recording artists and songwriters but he has consistently championed the development of innovative business models and partnerships with a wide range of technology and media partners around the world. His leadership has transformed PRU into the most successful company in the history of the African industry and he is widely recognized as having laid the foundation for the industry’s return to growth in recent years.

Praise Records INC (also known as Praise Records USA) is an American corporation record label founded by record producer and recording artist Praise Kusi. The label's inception came to fruition following the artist deciding to create an environment for independent Arts in the States and Africa.
